Our justice system is tedious, complex, and exhausting for individuals; especially for those facing this process for the first time. With no prior exposure to the process, most don’t understand the questions being asked of them. These decisions are life-changing and weigh heavy on the minds of those answering them.
​My goal is to help people make informed decisions about their legal team, incarceration and/or ICE.
This process is emotional. I am not here to offer legal advice, but I am here to provide consultation throughout your time alongside your legal team. My consultation begins at the onset of conviction determination, legal team selection, conviction,
incarceration, and post-incarceration reality. One of the most daunting – and expensive – decisions is hiring a legal team. Given my personal experience, I can help you choose the correct legal team from the start, potentially reduce legal costs, and maximizing your time with the team.
Each case is different – but my experience is the same. From being offered deals, to trial to incarceration, I am here to support you. Your legal team hasn’t been where I have been – and that’s why I want to help. I can provide consultation on local, state, federal and ICE facilities; I have faced all these places and decisions alone.
