I am Joe Giudice - a convicted felon that has been through our justice system and able to provide perspective, guidance, and support to those facing the same experience. The things I went through were tough – the highs, the lows, the life-changing decisions, and misconceived notions of what I was told to expect.
Throughout my time leading up to my incarceration and especially during my time inside, I had the opportunity to reflect and gain perspective on what I experienced. It was truly enlightening comparing what I thought was going to happen vs. what happened. It was the first time I was going through our justice system, and I had no idea what to expect. I was in a no-win situation making critical life decisions that not only affected me, but family – my wife and my four daughters. What if I had a trusted confidant that provided me with honest, unbiased firsthand advice about how to navigate this situation? I believe my situation would have been different.
Even though I was unable to get this support for myself, you or loved ones don’t have to be left alone to go through this process. I want to help provide perspective, guidance, and insight on what you are about to go through.
